AAOF University of Oklahoma Denver Growth Study Overview The University of Oklahoma Denver Growth Study Curator: G. Fräns Currier DDS, MSD, Med Institution: Department of Orthodontics - Dental School, University of Oklahoma The growth data from untreated children (158 females and 155 males) from 1927 to 1967 includes plaster casts (275 persons), cephalometric radiographs (292 persons), hand-wrist radiographs (207 persons), facial photographs (261 persons), full body scaled tracings (188 persons), and full body photographs (251 persons). The population of European Caucasians included 313 different persons with 1,933 models (avg. 7 per person), 3,374 cephs (avg. 11.5 per person), 2,962 hand-wrists (avg. 13.6 per person), 2,499 facial photos (avg. 10 per person), 2,145 tracings (avg. 11.4 per person), and 3,683 full-body photographs (avg. 15 per person). The pilot study is to concentrate initially on the lateral cephalometric radiographs between 8 years and 16/18 years with at least 4 films per person.
